By creating an account or using any part of MyLibraryApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Paid plans are billed in advance on the interval you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as specified in writing. You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan from your account.
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
The platform and all its content, features and functionality are owned by MyLibraryApp and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute or modify them without permission.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyLibraryApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
